Is there a fee to join?
No. There is no upfront fee to join Solena Global Living. We operate on a simple referral model: when we send you a qualified client, we charge a referral fee on the commission you earn if the transaction closes.
How do I qualify to join?
We look for agents who are: Fluent in English and the local language Experienced (5+ years) in residential real estate in their market Actively working with buyers, especially international clients Affiliated with a professional real estate association and adhere to a code of ethics Committed to a high standard of service and responsiveness
How are referrals assigned?
Referrals are matched based on client needs, property type, location, and agent expertise. We also consider response time, availability, and prior track record with international buyers.

Do I need to be an eXp Realty agent to join?
No. We welcome applications from any qualified agent, regardless of brokerage affiliation. That said, agents who are part of Solena’s eXp network may receive preference for certain referrals due to shared systems, accountability, and ease of collaboration.
